Your First Visit to Our Kirkland Practice

New patients often remark how “homey” our practice is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Make Yourself at Home

You’ll find plenty of convenient parking and a well-lit parking lot. You’ll be greeted by name when you enter our practice and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities.

If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great! If not, after doing so we’ll likely show you a short 5-minute video and then you’ll meet Dr. Mark Travers.

We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with the chiropractor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.

My job is to help you reach your health goals by explaining the causes of your health problems and to explore options so you can take the next step to
feeling better.

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

Dr. Travers Asks some important questions of interest to Kirkland residents - Chiropractor Kirkland Dr. Travers Asks...

What's the purpose of a surgeon's mask?
When I ask most people in Kirkland this, most think it protects the patient from the doctor's germs. But it's so porous it does little to prevent the passage of germs. We chiropractors don't bother with masks.
Which organs are extra?
You don't have any spare parts. Sure, we can survive without our tonsils, appendix, gall bladder and several other tissues, but each serves a purpose. We chiropractors recognize this. So the chiropractic approach I use in Kirkland is to reduce nerve interferences to the control and regulation of every tissue, organ and system of your body.
